Steps to lose Fats
These are my routines everyday and I want to share this all
for you. You can copy if you like it and share it with others too.
Best time to exercise is in the morning, and the first thing
that you should always do whenever you get up is to warm up first just for
about 30 minutes. Do the stretching and dancing to warm up your body before
taking the steps to exercise.
You can also try these steps that I did every day, and make
it a routine for about one month.
ü After the
stretching, take some water first, at least 1-2 cups
ü
Start to
sit ups 50 times, take a rest if
needed but not too long, 3 minutes is enough
ü
Push-ups
20 times
ü
Jog for at least 30 minutes or 1 hour
Eat your breakfast
ü
1 cup of
rice with a pair of tuna or fish water, or milk
Snack
ü
1 banana
or 1 apple with water or lime juice or fruit smoothies
Lunch
ü
You can
eat ½ cup of rice, but it’s better to eat fruits
(Apples, pine apple,
oranges, papaya, banana, watermelon)
Dinner
ü
½ cup of rice with tuna or fish with water
Before sleeping
ü
Take 1-2 cups of water
ü
And then start to do the sit ups and push ups
If you have some time, it’s better to play basket ball to
sweat more at least 30 – 1 hour
Wipe and then rest yourself in a couch, you can do your
homework, assignments, or work after playing.
10 pm is the best time to sleep
Always stay positive, keep your heads up and always motivate
yourself. If possible, avoid negative thoughts.
